Yes. Camera mode in portrait orientation on iPhone is the standard setup. Mount your iPhone on a tripod, open Camera mode, paste your script, and record. The script overlays the vertical camera view — the saved Reel or TikTok contains only your delivery with no visible text.
Start with a scroll speed slightly slower than your normal reading pace. If you feel rushed, slow it down. If needed, both Prompter mode and Camera mode let you pause scrolling or manually move the script up or down.
36–44pt covers most iPhone and Mac setups at typical reading distances. Use larger sizes for iPad or when recording further from the screen. The app automatically adjusts scroll pixel speed when you change font size — your WPM setting stays in control regardless of the font you choose.
They don't — as long as you set your WPM once. The app calculates actual scroll pixel speed from your WPM setting combined with your current font size, line spacing, and text area dimensions. Change any layout setting freely without re-adjusting speed.
Place the text area as close to the camera lens as possible. In Camera mode, drag the text block near the top of the screen where the front-facing camera sits. The smaller the angle between where your eyes point to read and where the lens is, the more natural the eye contact looks on camera.
